Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and service standards.
Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and execute optimized delivery routes, minimizing transit times and maximizing efficiency.
Monitor and track deliveries in real-time, addressing any issues or delays promptly to ensure on-time arrivals.
Work closely with customer service to resolve delivery-related inquiries or concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Analyze delivery data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance operational performance.
Develop and implement training programs for drivers to enhance their skills and uphold safety protocols.
Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs as needed to ensure the fleet’s reliability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the delivery operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
