Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using customer support tools and systems.
Ability to work remotely and maintain a productive and organized workspace.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
