Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executives and team members.
Communication: Manage emails, correspondence, and virtual meetings, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Data Management: Maintain and organize essential documents, records, and files.
Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
Task Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing tasks and projects to meet deadlines effectively.
Virtual Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among team members through virtual platforms.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues to enhance operational efficiency.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Prior experience in a virtual assistant role is a plus.
Knowledge of Disney and its entertainment offerings is advantageous.
