Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation.
Manage and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Lead the creation of compelling and relevant content for our target audience, maintaining consistency and quality across all digital channels.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in remote job recruitment or related sectors.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-driven marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and email marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing approaches.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with remote work or digital nomad lifestyle is a significant advantage.
