Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Provide personalized assistance and information to guests in their native German language.
Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a service-oriented approach.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
