Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and timely manner.

Required Skills:

Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns effectively.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
