Act as the primary point of contact between the leadership team and external stakeholders.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of the leadership team.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Assist in organizing and planning company events and meetings.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Adaptability and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Knowledge of Amazon’s products and services is a plus.
