Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts and solutions to streamline recruitment processes, including resume screening, candidate profiling, and interview scheduling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that enhance workflow and overall business performance.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Monitor and maintain existing automation processes, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or inefficiencies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative automation strategies.
Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of automation tools and technologies.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing automation solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ for automation scripting.
Strong understanding of automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or UiPath.
Solid knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus.
Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies for automation enhancements.
