Responsibilities:
Conducting online surveys and questionnaires to gather data from target audiences.
Analyzing survey responses and interpreting data to extract meaningful insights.
Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of collected data through thorough verification processes.
Collaborating with the market research team to identify key trends and patterns in survey data.
Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations based on survey findings.
Maintaining a database of survey results and ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Assisting in the design and implementation of survey projects to meet specific research objectives.
Exploring innovative ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the survey process.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in conducting online surveys and analyzing survey data.
Proficiency in using survey tools and software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple survey projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and survey methodologies is a plus.
Comfortable working with diverse demographic groups and target audiences.
