Content Moderation: Monitor and review user-generated content, including comments and reviews, to identify and remove spam, fraudulent, or inappropriate content according to company guidelines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that content adheres to Yelp quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and relevance.
User Support: Respond to user inquiries and escalations regarding content moderation decisions, providing clear and respectful communication.
Policy Adherence: Stay up-to-date with Yelp content guidelines and policies, and ensure consistent enforcement.
Data Reporting: Maintain accurate records of moderation actions, generate reports, and provide insights to improve moderation processes.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
Demonstrated ability to make sound judgment calls based on company guidelines and policies.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with Yelp and its platform is highly desirable.
