Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to validate data, conduct hypothesis testing, and ensure the integrity of our data.
Data Mining: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data in order to streamline business processes and drive operational improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshoot data issues, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes.
Required Skills:
Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, data interpretation, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or similar, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Statistical Knowledge: A solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques to validate data and perform hypothesis testing.
SQL Skills: Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data handling and the ability to spot and correct data discrepancies.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex data-related challenges.
Team Player: The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor or Master degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
