Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines.
Identify and remove spam, offensive, and inappropriate comments and posts.
Assist in maintaining a respectful and engaging online community.
Respond to user inquiries and concerns related to content moderation.
Collaborate with the content and community management teams to improve moderation processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation.
Required Skills:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify spam and inappropriate content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with online community guidelines and standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Empathetic and understanding when addressing user concerns.
Previous experience in content moderation is a plus.
