Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
Assist customers in navigating Amazon’s platform, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Keep up-to-date with Amazon’s product offerings, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the enhancement of our customer support strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to customer issues.
Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment.
Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications effectively.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
