Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements.
Implement data solutions that align with business objectives and data architecture standards.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing data infrastructure for maximum performance.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data engineering.
Required Skills:
Proficient in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS services.
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
