Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on flight schedules and services.
Process ticketing, check-in, and baggage handling efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all security and safety regulations.
Collaborate with various departments to address passenger needs and resolve any operational challenges.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Promote and sell Delta Airlines services, including upgrades and loyalty programs.
Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers with unique needs.
Required Skills
