- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across Disney’s social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
- Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.
