Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data in our company’s database systems.

Ensure data accuracy and completeness prior to database entry.

Conduct regular quality checks to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate effectively with team members for precise data management.

Assist with additional clerical tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated experience in a data entry role or similar position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Capable of typing at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.

Experience in accounts payable processing is advantageous.
