Job Summary: Our Client is in the final months of datacenter migration to the cloud. It is expected that all of their systems will be in the cloud no later than August 2024. In conjunction with this modernization effort, HHS OASH wants to leverage the power of analytics by using Google Analytics, which they have already purchased.

Job Duties:

Implement Enterprise/Google Analytics within the Unified Web platform. OASH is currently tackling Unified Web in three phases, so not all OASH offices will be added at one time. The first phase has three main offices (ODPHP, OWH, and ORI).

Some offices will need the Enterprise version of Google Analytics, and some can utilize the free version. The Google Analytics Specialist must be able to determine which is required for each office.

Meet with each office to learn exactly what metrics they need to collect and analyze. Some have Congressional mandates they have to meet, so it is crucial to ensure correct metrics are being collected.

Some offices are currently utilizing Enterprise Google Analytics or even the free version of Google Analytics. If possible, import their metrics over to the new environment while still gathering the current metrics.

Provide a basic level training to those that require understanding on how to use Enterprise/Google Analytics and how to read the metrics collected.
