Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new talent.

Required Skills:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master degree is a plus.
Proven experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools for talent management.
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting HR-related objectives.
