Position: Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:
Engage with our teen workforce, providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
Address inquiries and resolve issues related to online job assignments, ensuring a positive experience for our teen employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and improve overall service quality.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Empathy and understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by teens in an online work environment.
Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find effective resolutions.
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online platforms and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with online job platforms and virtual work settings.
