Job Description :

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Ontario location. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance with their hydroponic supply needs.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource on hydroponic products, offering guidance and recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements :
