Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Client Relations Officer to join our team at Coca-Cola in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing online client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent people management skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities: – Build and maintain relationships with online clients through various channels, including email, phone, and social media – Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback – Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely responses – Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or escalations in a professional manner – Develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention – Analyze client data and trends to identify areas for improvement – Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform client interactions – Assist in developing and implementing online marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition and engagementRequirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field – 3+ years of experience in client relations or customer service – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong organizational and time management abilities – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software – Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and deadlines – Passion for delivering exceptional customer service – Ability to adapt to changing client needs and preferences
