Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the software engineering strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
Technical Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions. Ensure that architectural decisions align with business goals and that software is scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
