The Talent Acquisition Advisor collaborates remotely with hiring managers and HR teams to strategically manage full-cycle recruiting, ensuring compliance with employment laws while delivering top talent efficiently to meet business needs in a dynamic environment.

responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function.
  • Develop effective working relationships with hiring managers, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
  • Drive the recruitment process by setting clear expectations.
  • Deliver on commitments to the business and internal/external candidates.
  • Participate in other Talent Acquisition projects as requested.

  • Social networking, referrals, database mining, etc.
  • Experience qualifying and engaging passive candidates.

  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, plus relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a full lifecycle Recruiter/Talent Advisor in corporate and/or agency settings.
