Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online Tamil language lessons for individuals and small groups.
Develop customized lesson plans based on the needs and proficiency levels of students.
Provide constructive feedback and assessments to track students’ progress.
Create a motivating and interactive learning environment.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience.
Collaborate with students and parents to address any concerns or questions related to the learning process.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Tamil language.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in teaching Tamil as a second language is a plus.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
Patience and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Tamil language or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
Prior experience in online teaching or tutoring is advantageous.
Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
