Carefully and accurately pack products based on provided guidelines and standards.
Ensure that all packed items are appropriately labeled, marked, and documented.
Collaborate with the inventory team to verify product quantities and types before packing.
Inspect products for any defects or damages prior to packing and report any issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized packing area to enhance efficiency and safety.
Operate packaging machinery and equipment as needed, following safety protocols.
Collaborate with the shipping team to prioritize orders and meet daily shipping deadlines.
Assist in inventory management by keeping track of packaging materials and supplies.
Uphold quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize returns.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize packing procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Previous experience in warehouse packing or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
Familiarity with using packaging machinery and tools.
Physical capability to lift and move packages of varying weights.
