What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Set UX strategy and vision for product experience across digital platforms
– Lead and coordinate collaborative efforts among cross-functional teams and engage with senior-level stakeholders
– Deliver high-quality design work, including accessibility, content, user research, information architecture, and interaction design
– Drive the creation of design deliverables such as journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI design, and prototypes
– Champion qualitative and quantitative research methods in design decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
– 10+ years of relevant product design work
– Expert proficiency in UX and product design
– Strong strategic problem-solving and collaboration skills
– Proficiency in product design and prototyping tools (i.e., Figma)
– Ability to effectively use data and insights to inform design decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in a retail environment
