Position Summary

– Maintains the Legal TIN Owners in provider database.

– Ensures legal names and TINs match IRS to ensure accurate payments and tax reporting.

– Communication with provider offices – both incoming and outbound calls.

– Research duplication of outreach records.

– Research Legal TIN and name mismatches.

Required Qualifications

– 1-3 years of Provider Data Services background.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Application including Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
– Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments.

– Demonstrated success prioritizing work and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

– Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical and independent thinking skills.

– Demonstrated success in collaborating with others to meet/exceed expectations.

– Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 – $28.45

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a Aetna Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
