Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a passionate and driven Retail Supervisor, Operations for our NEW store at Woodward Ave – Detroit, MI!

As a Retail Supervisor you will collaborate closely with your Store Leader to build a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that will bring the Savage x Fenty experience to our first IRL locations! As the Operations Supervisor, you will work to uphold the values and culture of our organization as you establish and maintain the operational foundation in your store that will support the team and customer experience. You are passionate about developing talent and creating a best-in-class employee environment while delivering an exceptional and one of a kind customer experience. As a leader in our first stores, you will be integral in building a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for both your store team and the Savage x Fenty customer.
Savage x Fenty – Retail Supervisor Operations – Indeed
Responsibilities:
- Upkeep an inclusive store culture that is reflective of our values and brand ethos resulting in strong leaders, an engaged store team and a successful bench for careers at Savage x Fenty.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly financial results by establishing strategic plans in partnership with the Store Leader to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving a culture of business owners who hold themselves accountable to individual and overall performance.
- Approach business opportunities, risks, and roadblocks with urgency and a growth mindset as you partner with the Store Leader and appropriate cross functional teams.
- Partner with Store Leader to set the store’s service strategy to deliver a dynamic and meaningful customer journey supported by impactful visuals and technology that is elevated by a highly engaged store team.
- Partner with Store Leader to recruit, hire, onboard and engage store employees with an experience that echoes our brand philosophy.
- Partner with Store Leader to ensure store staffing and schedule is reflective of all business and operational needs.
- Achieve operational excellence by ensuring systems are in place to appropriately manage all day-to-day processes focused on compliance and efficiency.
- Coach and develop store team to offer an exceptional experience to our guests and VIPs centered around our customer service model.
- Set and oversee best practices for managing in-store technology.

- Retail Leadership Experience: 2-5 years in retail leadership role.
