We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Software Engineer to join our Growth Experiences team at Netflix. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing solutions that enable users to discover, engage with, and personalize their Netflix experience. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for building growth experiences, a drive to continuously innovate, and an appreciation for the user-centric experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software engineering and the ability to develop and maintain complex software systems.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in software engineering- Experience with UI/UX design principles- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS- Experience with server-side languages, such as Python, Java, C#, and Node.js- Knowledge of database systems, such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra- Proficiency with version control systems, such as Git- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
