Marriott International is seeking a motivated Support Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

– Resolving customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude and in accordance with company policies

– Providing information about Marriott International’s products, services, and loyalty programs

– Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

– Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

– Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

– No prior experience required
