Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Assist customers in navigating the Chewy website, offering guidance on product selection, order placement, and tracking.
Resolve customer concerns, including order issues, product inquiries, and billing questions, with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Provide accurate information about Chewy’s products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
A passion for pets and an understanding of pet-related products is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software applications, and virtual communication tools.
Flexibility in working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
