Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
About the Role

In this work-from-home position, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll assist pet owners with their inquiries, offer product recommendations, and resolve any issues they may encounter, all while working from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email.
Provide personalized assistance to customers, guiding them through their shopping experience.
Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.
Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
Utilize our knowledge base and resources to provide accurate and helpful information.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
