Job Description:
PepsiCo is seeking a passionate and resourceful Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: – Providing exceptional customer service through chat support for PepsiCo products and services – Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner – Troubleshooting technical issues and providing step-by-step guidance to customers – Utilizing creativity and analysis to personalize solutions for each customer – Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience – Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback – Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: – Excellent written communication skills – Previous experience in a customer service or support role – Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting – Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail – Creativity and analytical skills to provide personalized solutions – Proficiency in using chat support software and other communication tools – Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively – Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
