TJ Maxx – Lead Principal IAM Architect – Indeed

What you’ll do 

As a Lead Principal IAM Architect you will lead the strategy, design and implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions across multiple domains. You will lead product teams and business stakeholders in the design and implementation of solutions for the most complex IAM problems.

 

You will use your Workday knowledge to collaborate with internal key partners and our best-in-class technology team to design and configure security in Workday. You will determine organization and security management requirements and implement Workday best practices in line with regulatory, company and department policy. As an integral member of the team you’ll provide consultative guidance and leadership on, but not limited to Workday and other security and controls projects.

 

You will collaborate and consult with colleagues to understand our business drivers, assess and scope projects, and incorporate relevant levers to drive execution of Identity and Access Management process improvements with a focus on Zero Trust methodologies.

 

What you’ll need 

We seek creative, security-minded professionals to provide hands-on talent and social expertise in protecting TJX and its assets. You’ll work with engineers, product teams, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture across applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts.

 

Successful candidates will have:

  • 10 years of experience in IT, including 5 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Strong knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies.
  • Experience with leveraging IAM tools and security technologies to achieve Zero Trust objectives.
  • Experience implementing and integrating with Workday HCM for a Fortune 500 enterprise
  • Hands on experience designing and implementing IAM solutions in a hybrid cloud environment.
  • Experience integrating Identity with Cloud/SaaS providers (eg, Azure, AWS, Workday, etc.).
  • Experience implementing Identity and Access Management(IAM) solutions across Cloud providers (eg. AWS and Azure).
  • Expertise in design and implementation with technologies such as Active Directory/Azure AD, CyberArk, etc.
  • Experience defining multi-year strategy and roadmaps.

 

Preferred expertise: 

  • Demonstrated expertise designing and implementing IAM tools such as SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, or EntraID
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps tools and methodologies
  • CISSP, CCSP, CISA, TOGAF, or equivalent certifications nice to have

 

This position has a starting salary range of $150,000 to $195,000 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
