PepsiCo is seeking a Web Chat Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be resourceful, and have a strong ability to negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and answer inquiries. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to find mutually beneficial solutions for both the customer and the company. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company. 8. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong negotiation skills. 5. Reliable and resourceful. 6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency with web chat platforms and CRM systems. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
