We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Field Recruiter to support the full recruitment life cycle for Management openings at the Store, District and Regional level for all of our US brands. The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for the research, identification, engagement and qualification of talent leads. They will create targeted sourcing strategies and plans to support specific searches as well as pipeline searches for positions in TJX locations across the country. The position will utilize in-house tools (ATS), networks, social media, research methods, cold-calling, and talent mapping to source passive candidates. Through competitive intelligence gathering, will maintain on-going knowledge of retail and business function landscape. The Senior Recruiter will engage directly with Hiring Teams, Talent Acquisition Leadership, Human Resources Business Partners and other key internal business stakeholders as a trusted advisor and business partner.

  •  Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas
  •  Develop actionable strategies and staffing plans to support hiring needs, leverage internal and external resources to meet plans
  •  Research and maintain market intelligence data for assigned geographic locations/regions

  •  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  •  7+ years Full Recruitment Lifecycle experience supporting remote, geographically dispersed searches, retail recruiting a plus
  •  Demonstrated sourcing experience to include internet, research and cold calling. Must have “hunter” mindset
  •  Superior talent interviewing and assessment skills
  •  Developed business acumen, political agility and intellectual curiosity
  •  Demonstrated skill building productive relationships, influencing and managing stakeholders at all levels within a matrix organization
  •  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  •  Proven experience communicating with all levels of leadership; exhibits recognizable, confident executive presence and managerial courage
  •  Strong organizational and follow through skills, with focus on attention to detail
  •  Ability to manage multiple searches/projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities
  •  Up to 25% travel as needed
