Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at PepsiCo in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of online customer service operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: – Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service operations and drive customer satisfaction – Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed – Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer service issues and drive continuous improvement – Implement best practices for online customer service, including response times, communication protocols, and escalation procedures – Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to online customer service – Utilize customer service software and tools to optimize operations and maximize efficiency

Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field – Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 4 years in an online customer service role – Proven track record of managing and improving online customer service operations – Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Driven and reliable with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service – Strong decision-making and analytical abilities – Experience with customer service software and tools
